We are now taking our post-op services to you! We can go to your home, AirBnB, hotel, etc. to provide you the best post-op treatment. Please read below for all of our policies.
Travel Massage Policies
* Half of the total is required as a deposit in order for us to schedule your appointments and reserve your dates, no exceptions. Deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* The remainder of the payment is due the day of your first scheduled service by 6:30 PM EST. Without the remainder paid off by that time there will be no therapist to treat you for your next scheduled service.
* When you book with 10 days or less the FULL service cost is due at the time of booking (no deposit).
* Refunds: We only refund deposits/payments when the surgery is cancelled (not rescheduled). We require a letter from your surgeon’s office stating that your surgery was cancelled.
Additional policies READ ALL:
– Clients risk losing their deposit/payment for last-minute rescheduling or changes!
– If your place of stay does not have convenient/free parking we ask that you pay for the therapist’s parking.
– Please note that we pay our therapists. It is not the client’s responsibility to pay the therapist or to pay any remaining balance to the therapist.
– ALL payment transactions and scheduling concerns are to be done through management (please text us).
– We do not always send the same therapist for every treatment.

– Surgery date/procedure/doctor
– Service wanted
– Dates wanted for service
– Any additional information (For example: Are you an out of state client? Do you have any specific medical conditions, etc.)
